We need a CNA who is responsible to provide direct, personal cares per individualized care plans to maintain the personal comfort of the resident. Works to maintain a clean, safe environment for the residents. Assists with basic personal cares and special cares, including assistance in providing nutrition and fluids. Provides activity and exercise for the residents/clients. Assists residents/clients in dealing with psychosocial needs. Also responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident's/client's condition to the supervisor. Completes all required documentation in a complete and timely manner.
