PathWays is celebrating its 50th anniversary of providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in both Sullivan and lower Grafton Counties in New Hampshire.
We are looking for an Employment Services Professional (ESP) to join our team and keep our legacy moving forward.
If you enjoy working with people, learning about different work environments, and coaching people through the job search process this position may be for you.
As an ESP, you act as an advocate for and support individuals in obtaining employment.
You assist/coach individuals in searching for, applying to, and interviewing for jobs.
You work with individuals in a variety of work environments and on a variety of work tasks.
In addition, you assist individuals with adhering to employer's policies and procedures which may vary from PathWay's own practices.
You also cross-train with your team members, and coach employers and other community members on how to provide quality support for individuals.
You will also implement your relationship-building and marketing skills to raise awareness and participation in our services.
Your main location will be our Lebanon office, however, most of your days are spent at various community and employer settings within Sullivan and lower Grafton continues.
Mileage is paid for such travel.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in human services or a related field is highly preferred.
You must be willing to take ACRE (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) training.
Previous human services, human resources or different industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
