Highway Supervisor
NE-430148 Highway Supervisor The Town of Andover is looking for a Highway Supervisor to plan, supervise and coordinate activities of employees and contractors engaged in Highway Department projects including, but not limited to, the construction, maintenance and repair of Town roads, bridges, dams, and other Town properties, as directed.
Minimum qualifications required:
High School Diploma or GED, plus at least six years of progressively responsible experience in street and bridge maintenance work and the operation of related heavy equipment, including two years in a foreman or supervisory capacity or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required for this position as well as general computer skills for reporting and budget management.
